As the majority, if not all, of the pieces being made are custom, we are unable to offer refunds on any products. However, the artist will work with each client to ensure 100% satisfaction within reason.

Insurance is taken out on each piece that is shipped, so should there be any issues regarding damage, a claim will be made with the postal service and full refund issued (or product remade).

It's easier than ever to hang up your Canvas as soon as you receive it. All canvases we sell come with hanging hardware on the back of the actual canvas itself.

Upload pictures, portraits, designs all from your smartphone, directly to the custom canvas tab. All specifications will be provided on that page of exactly what you need to do in order to upload your photo/artwork. After we've received your designs we will send you a mock up email to get your approval, once we recieve approval your canvas begins the process! After it's finished being created...you'll receive another email that the shipment is on the way.

Our print canvses are ready to be shipped within 48 hours of your pruchase. Orders in The United States, Canada, United Kingdom & Australia should arrive within 7-10 business days from time of purchase

Cusrom canvses are ready to be shipped within 1-2 weeks of your pruchase. Orders in The United States, Canada, United Kingdom & Australia should arrive within 7-14 business days from time of purchase
